TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

General Terms

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the orders and the purchases you make through Daily Sports webshop, available on www.dailysports.com and all subpages to the site. By placing an order from the webshop, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here (the “Terms") and these conditions apply between you and Daily Sports AB.

 

Delivery terms

General

Daily Sports AB receives and delivers all orders in the order they are received by us. Your goods are delivered with Postnord or UPS in Sweden and Denmark and Posten or Fedex in Norway. Normally the goods are delivered within 2-7 working days after the order has been received. During some periods e.g. high season delivery or holidays the delivery may take longer. For more information for every specific country please visit www.postnord.com or www.fedex.com

Orders to countries outside the EU are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Order confirmation

Once we have received your order you will get a confirmation sent to your e-mail, this confirmation will contain all the information regarding your order. Make sure that you check the information and contact our customer service if there are any complications or you would like to change your order. Daily Sports AB reserves the right to cancel an order requests in case of products that are out of sale, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and any typographical errors on our side.

 

Delivery specification

Standard freight: The package will be delivered to the closest postal office to your home address. Once it has arrived you will receive a text message that you together with your identification will need for attaining your package.

 

Express The package will be delivered by UPS or Fedex to your chosen address. Htey will try to deliver it three times. It can be arranged that they deliver it to another address if the circumstances have changed. In certain cities it is possible to have the package delivered to a postal office if there is no other way to receive the package.

 

For orders outside of EU, Daily sports AB do not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes, etc. for the products (“Charges”), and we can therefore not state what your total price will be (including such Charges). You as a customer are responsible for paying all Charges related to the products, as you are the importer of the products. We recommend you to contact you local custom for details related to such Charges before placing an order. In case you refuse to pay such Charges, your will not receive the products.

 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges apply as follows:

Standard

Sweden 49 SEK up to an ordervalue of 500 SEK per order.
Denmark 49 DKK up to an ordervalue of 500 DKK per order.

Norway 39 NOK per order up to an ordervalue of 500 DKK per order

 

Express

Sweden 79 SEK up to an ordervalue of 1000 SEK per order

Denmark 79 DKK up to an ordervalue of 1000 DKK per order.

Norway 79 NOK per order up to an ordervalue of 1000 DKK per order

 

Transport damages

If you discover damage to a package before you open it please notify Fedex, UPS or Posten directly and contact our customer service immediately at webshop@dailysports.se.

 

Unclaimed packages

If an ordered parcel is unclaimed or not collected on time the customer will be charged for the original postage and the return handling fees.

 

Force majeure

Daily Sports AB is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to release factor as described below and circumstances that prevent, hinder or delay performance. The release factor includes e.g. acts or omissions by public authorities, new or amended laws, labour conflicts, blockade, fires, floods, sabotage, natural catastrophes or accidents. 

The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions in indexes, warning labels, sales bans, an abnormal market decline and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.

 

Prices and payment

General

By placing an order from the webshop, you agree to be bound by the payment terms and conditions set out here and these conditions apply between you and Daily Sports AB.

All prices in the Swedish country selection are in SEK including VAT.

All prices in the Danish country selection are in DKK including VAT.

All prices in the Norwegian country selection are in NOK excluding VAT.

 

Payment methods

You decide how you want to pay for your order. You have the opportunity to choose from the options listed below: 
You can choose to pay online with your Visa, Mastercard or by invoice or account. This depends on which country you have selected.

Sweden and Norway, payment available by Klarna checkout including, card, invoice and account.

 

Denmark, payment available by Dibs, Visa or Mastercard payment, or Klarna invoice or partial payment.

 

Klarna Checkout

Card payment

Klarna Checkout offer the customers secure online payment by Mastercard or Visa. The information is protected in accordance with the rules of the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is a certification standard which aims to enhance data security among suppliers of payment solutions.). The store will not handle or obtain any credit card information. The customer can easily verify that the page is located at Klarna and can therefore be sure that there are no phishing attempts. The card details are encrypted when sent directly to Klarna. The communication to the Klarna server is via an SSL-encrypted direct connection (https). If the issuing bank has registered the customer's card for Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode a personal message will be shown via the bank’s website after the card details have been entered in DIBS. Only the issuing bank has the customer’s private data. The customer will then be asked to enter a password and thereafter the transaction is conducted.

 

Invoice

In cooperation with Klarna, we offer you payment via invoice as payment method. When purchasing with Invoice you receive your goods first and you have always a payment period of 14 days. Payment is to be made to Klarna. Please be aware that Invoice is only available for consumers.

Klarna reviews and evaluates the data you provided and in case of legitimate interest performs a data exchange with other companies and credit rating agencies. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law as described in Klarnas privacy statement. Read more about it here.

 

Account and partial payment

You can choose partial payment directly while making your order, you will then get a confirmation if your application has been accepted. If it will not be accepted you will have to choose an alternative payment method.

 

 

 

Visa / Mastercard online payment by Dibs

Visa and Mastercard payments are provided by our payment partner Dibs Payment Services and Swedbank. DIBS Payment Services is a leading Scandinavian online payment service provider. By using a payment partner like DIBS Payment Services there are many advantages to the consumer. The information is protected in accordance with the rules of the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is a certification standard which aims to enhance data security among suppliers of payment solutions.). The store will not handle or obtain any credit card information. The customer can easily verify that the page is located at DIBS and can therefore be sure that there are no phishing attempts. DIBS uses the strongest encryption available on the market. When communicating with the banks DIBS uses the security systems that the banks use themselves.

Exchanges and Returns

You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. Daily Sports AB guarantees to refund, or if you prefer to replace any item(s), provided that they have been kept in reasonable condition prior to their return. This means the item(s) cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags are still intact. Once we have received your return we will make a refund to the card originally used or credit your invoice depending on how you have paid for delivery. All our packages contain a pre-printed and pre-paid return note for you to use if you decide to return any items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your returned item(s) you need to place a new order in the webshop. Use the pre-printed and pre-paid return note to return the item you would like to exchange.

1. Fill in and enclose the Return note.

2. Conceal the parcel carefully.
3.  Put the return address label on the parcel.
4. Return the package at you nearest Post office.

Return Policy

 

General

European consumer law is applied when handling complaints. If you discover that the product is damaged, contact Customer Support at webshop@dailysports.se for assistance. Send the defective item to us, the sender. Once we have received the item and the complaint has been approved a refund will be made.

 

Return policy

When you as a consumer buy something by the Internet, mail order, telephone, TV shops or at the door to door sales, you have a full right of cancellation for 14 days.

However, if your purchase has been made with invoice through Klarna, you have 14 days to pay for your purchase according to their standard agreements, therefore always pay the invoice in good time. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, the consumer has an enhanced consumer protection. The law includes for instance the requirement that the supplier must provide information and new rules when it comes to the consumer’s right of cancellation.

 

Distance Selling Regulations

When purchasing via mail order, telephone, TV-shops or the Internet the consumer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation after the item has been returned. Items can only be returned to the sender. If you want to return any item please contact Customer Support.

Daily Sports AB is entitled to delivering the goods within 30 days from the date you placed the order. However, it is possible to agree on a reasonable deadline for delivery in certain cases. If the trader fails to deliver on time and the consumer is not to blame, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract. If the item you bought is faulty or if the service is not done professionally, you are entitled to complain under the Consumer Protection and Consumer Services Act. If you terminate the contract the trader is obliged to give you a full refund within 14 days from the date on which the trader received your notice of cancellation.

 

Privacy Policy

General

Daily Sports AB guarantees your security when shopping online. Our privacy policy may be updated from time to time and we therefore recommend that you check this page regularly to stay up to date on any changes we have made. Your data is transmitted encrypted and will not be disclosed to third parties except during the circumstances that are provided in this informational text.

Personal Information

Daily Sports AB takes responsibility for the personal information you provide to us when registering a purchase or a subscription of our newsletter. We only store your details as agreed e.g. your name, address, email address, phone number and birth date. By submitting your personal data you consent to Daily Sports AB using the data collected in order to meet our commitments to you and making sure you provide the service you expect. This will include processing of orders for shipping, carrying out credit checks, sending information about Daily Sports AB or other internal marketing purposes.

You also consent to that some data is forwarded to suppliers and shipping agents in connection with deliveries.

 

Information about the recording of data

You have the right to contact Daily Sports AB to find out what personal data is held about you. If it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant you can request that the data is corrected or removed. You can withdraw your consent to us using your personal data for marketing purposes (e.g. sending newsletters or offers) at any time.

 

Daily Sports AB only stores your data as long as it is needed in order to perform our services or for the time prescribed by law.

Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a web site and stored in the user’s computer. The cookies let us know if you have visited the site before and which pages you visited in order to show the correct content.

The web shop uses cookies to store information about the following:

- Your login status

Your cookies are only accessible on your computer and the information cannot be read by anyone else.

There are two types of cookies:
A. Session cookies. This cookie is a cookie that remains until you close your browser and is then gone.
B. Cookies with a set expiring date. This type of cookie is set to expire after a certain date, ie a week or a year. An example of this type cookie is the choices you have made for country and language. This is information is kept longer facilitate your next visit.

Daily Sports AB never uses cookies to store personal data, but only to facilitate your visit to the site and follow the traffic coming to the website. You can choose a setting in your browser for you to receive a message before a cookie is transferred to your computer and then you choose to accept or reject the cookie. You can also choose a setting where you choose not to receive any cookies at all.
